@help_delhivery @delhivery Again, another issue with Delhivery One service regarding AWB# 23626110000781. The shipment was picked up on 14th August but is still undelivered, with the comment “consignee not reachable” despite no delivery attempt or contact with my client.

@help_delhivery @delhivery Whitefield Delhivery One service has become unacceptable. I scheduled 7 AWB pickups on 10 August, and not one has been picked up till today. Support is useless, and the pickup executive won’t answer calls. 3rd time in a month. Fix this.

@ownlyfoodapp I didn’t expect this behaviour from you. I ordered a food, paid my money just to get a stale rotten smelly. And your customer service has refused to refund my money. Did i pay my earned money to have a stale rotten food? I want a resolution to this.

@ShiprocketCare @ShiprocketIndia @BlueDart_ @BlueDart_ : "AWB#81751933546 was due on 16th August. Arrived at destination on 15th, but still hasn't been delivered. Despite multiple complaints, no update. No point of getting rakhi delivered after 19th aug.

@ShiprocketIndia Yesterday, @kerry_indev @KerryIndevExp was to pick AWB-AIR0254724 and AWB-AIR0360965. The assigned executive, shared by @kerry_indev, confirmed leave. Despite follow-ups on @ShiprocketCare , no pickup or communication happened, despite critical shipping urgency.

@ShiprocketCare I waited yesterday whole day but still did not get any help and I am very sure that it will not get picked up today as well because you guys are not ready to cooperate. It is an urgent shipment which needs to be delivered before 30th. Can you confirm me that?

@ShiprocketCare It’s been already 7-8Days and I still didn’t receive any solution except two calls asking me the same thing whether I received the parcel or not as per the status. If this type of service continues I’ll be bound to move to other alternatives.

@ShiprocketIndia regarding AWB 319060139415. Shipment got picked up after 2 escalations.Status updated as RTO without attempting delivery. Now status is showing RTO delivered but no parcel got delivered. Facing many issues with Amazon Surface services lately.

@ShiprocketIndia @saahilbigfoot My valuable items are being stolen from AWB 318264373298 while in transit and received partial shipment. Contacted customer support several times but did not get any resolution after providing all the details wanted. PFA.

@ShiprocketIndia I expected the courtesy of a reply. I had shipped my items via @amazon shipping service from Shiprocket and my items got stolen. But you are not even acknowledging the issue. Did not expect this behaviour after using Shiprocket for 1.5years.
