@qatarairways it’s a challenge trying to book flights with you these days. Tried to clock in a few times today, didn’t happen. Didn’t let me log in etc too. And then, the price shot up 33%. Not fair!

@rapidobikeapp i am waiting for my package to be delivered for the past 1.5 hours. I have called on the number on the app, no answer. 10 calls. The rider didn’t even take an OTP when he took the package. i called the SOS helpline, they answered and said we can’t help, this is his
Number. That number is switched off. He isn’t coming to deliver. My work and stuff is urgent. Rapido support team isn’t answering any questions either. And now the SOS helpline is saying it’s also switched off! What is this? @Uber_India is much more reliable. This is ridiculous!
@dominos_india the ordering experience is going from bad to worse! This is the third time I’ve got a wrong order delivered to me. The store number shared by your customer care team and your app is always ‘temporarily out of service’! Absolutely ridiculous!
@ICICIBank_Care hey guys! I’m so tired of being harassed by your recovery agents. They do not even check on the account details or conversation history before badgering a client! I’ve shared the transaction number too but still getting 10 calls a day. Please look into this asap!

@AxisBankSupport You finally suggested I delete the app & reinstall it. It worked! I was able to pay the July statement amount. the issue was technical & delay was because of your concern, please cancel the late fees & interest. It’s not fair to ask me to pay it when your system doesn’t work!
@AxisBankSupport Please confirm the due amount. Right now, the app is showing it for august end. Please confirm what was to be paid till July end and wasn’t paid owing to your app issue.
@AxisBankSupport Team, this is ridiculous! I have shared the screenshot of the issue that I am facing multiple times, I am still being asked for it. No one has called me from the customer care team yet to resolve it. It’s been a while now! I am still being hounded by your collection agency.

@AxisBankSupport I haven’t heard from your team yet but getting threatening calls from your collection agents. I am not interested in keeping your payment, just sort out the app so I can pay. Then, cancel my card please. If you cannot take care of your customers, you do not deserve their loyalty.
