@UC_Assist I had cleared informed the professional on phone and your customer service number..as a record that I will bear all the charges during installation of my ac including gas and any other error. Yet you guys wasted 6 hours just going back and forth in the talk...

I wouldn't be calling for UC's services again...this is the 2nd time it has happened.

Professional spoilt the ac..
Company took advance payment..

With incomplete work, my other work for painting the walls remains stalled.

UC provides such service and leaves customers hanging. Specially when customer depend on prompt service.

@urbancompany_UC @smasco UC has thorough unprofessional ppl and policy. Professional came to uninstall a spilt AC, checked whether it was working; ac was working fine. He started installation & rechecked ac showed an error on display. Professional then left the house without completing the job.
