@akikur_r@btbusinesscare I think we are in the exact same position we couldn’t get the number diverted either! Has there been any updates on your end as they have pushed back our number port date again so I don’t even trust them nor when it’s actually going back up!
@akikur_r@btbusinesscare We are exactly the same! We are a takeaway and it has still not been fixed since last week, Thursday, 18/06/26, so it's been over a week and still not resolved at all. We have filed a complaint but who knows if they'll even do anything.Said something about phone not gone live yet

@btbusinesscare Worst service ever encountered! Business landline fault so now cannot receive calls from customers for over a week so we have lost thousands of pounds. Called them every single day for hours for the past week and problem still not resolved with no explanation too.
