Beautiful day for a truck inspection, especially one that 1DRU has dealt with before.

CMV was overweight, had no CVOR, no pre-trip, a bald tire and was on a No heavy truck route.

Multiple charges laid to both the driver and owner.

This CMV was stopped for having snow on the top of the trailer… Police observed the chunks of snow almost take out traffic lights and with every bump the mound was inching towards falling off!

We have stopped this G1 class licensed owner operator 2 times recently and charged them for driving this truck (RGW: 13500KG) with an improper licence.

Today was the 3rd stop. This time the o/o was in the passenger seat and claimed they hired a new driver.

Being hired on to be a Police Officer does not come with consenting to be assaulted. Contrary to the beliefs of some simply being an Officer doesn’t mean you should accept or expect to be injured.
