@HectorCuatrista Lo peor (y mejor para nosotros) fué que el tiempo de performace estaba controlado por un reloj gigante en la tarima. A la final nos bajamos, pero con la vergüenza de hacerlo obligado por la campana. Jajaj! Un abrazote hermano!!

My 80 y old parents were not allowed to board their #ccs -#istanbul flight this morning by a @TurkishAirlines agent. 8 hours later, 3 feedback tickets and phone conversation with more than 5 agents I still haven’t received any HELP!!! TK5403576, 5404327, 5403992

@TK_HelpDesk 6- I did explain several times, my parents are elderly citizens that don’t speak english or Turkish, don’t own a computer and have very few access online due to the lack of proper internet in the country. I am their son and that’s why I am trying to resolve this issue.

@TK_HelpDesk 2- TK5403992 asked for my parents passport and a “certificate of representation”. Then I called and the agent said my passport could be a proof that I am their son and the person in charge of being in touch with @TurkishAirlines to resolvethe issue. So I submitted it too

@TK_HelpDesk @TurkishAirlines wants me to pay over $4K for a new ticket to reschedule my parents’ flight because an agent at @IAIM_VE airport didn’t let them board their original flight asking for a document that was never a requirement. Customer $ervice??
