@erichoke Twin boys are both 15 years old now. Easier now than when they were younger…especially because when they came along that gave us 4 under the age of 5. We had to shift the way we thought about parenting.

If the cost of protecting the organization is harming the people the organization exists to serve and protect then the organization isn’t worth protecting. Let it fail. And while I agree, the problem is the EC doesn’t employ them so they can’t fire them.
