@nxcoventry how come two no.9 buses come into the hospital at a similar time but one leaves as a 17 and the other as a 17A? Then a few mins later a no.17 turns up and changes to a 9?! All very confusing for people waiting.

@nxcoventry @neil We three passengers had to them get off and walk back to Pool Meadow and wait for the next no 9. Two Mondays running now the same driver hasn’t changed the display when getting to uhcw. And nothing even close to an apology for nearly taking us back to the depot.. 2/2

@nxcoventry why has the driver of the no 9 that left uhcw at 17.02 just tried to take me and other passengers back to the depot with him, instead of carrying onto Green Lane as was advertised when boarding at the hospital? Embarrassing stuff!!

@nxcoventry @neil No, the driver didn’t bother changing the display when arriving at uhcw. So everyone got on thinking it was going to Green Lane. He then also didn’t check upstairs upon departing Pool Meadow and was halfway down the slip road to the depot before we knew it. 1/2

@nxcoventry What roadworks are your drivers reporting to you that’s delaying them exactly? And how does your response explain why there have been constant daily problems for weeks now? A lack of drivers and a failure to focus on an important route for nhs staff & patients is more like it.
