The new roundabout connecting Barrington, and Upper Water Streets is now open.
At the time of posting, motorists are unable to go around it fully. They have to go either towards Barrington, or Upper Water.
There is also no access to Nora Bernard from Barrington street.โจ๏ฟผโจ๏ฟผ
The Bear fell out of the tree with the assistance of a DNR member. Where it landed onto a couple air mattresses. The bear is now sleeping in a metal container, ready to be relocated.

While on the Beausejour Marsh, I had the exciting opportunity to film migrating Plovers, and Sandpipers!

I was fortunate enough to observe the Persied Meteor Showers last night. Some were very bright, some zipped across the night sky. None were caught by my phone, but that's ok.
I did manage to capture the Starlink satellites.
This intersection had finally reopened Friday after being closed for 13 days due to the previous downpour.
I hope the damage is not as severe, and can be assessed more rapidly.
As I tweeted before, this is the main route to Truro, where the closest hospital is located.

Hants East MLA John A MacDonald says if everything goes well, people will be able to once again travel along Hwy 215 in South Maitland as of this Friday.
MLA for Hants East, John A MacDonald says in a FB post that repair crews will arrive in South Maitland on July 31, There's no ETA on completion.
The closest Hospital for affected residents is in Truro, with Windsor, and Lower Sackville a distant second.
This is the main route to Truro for most residents west of South Maitland.
The next option I believe is to drive to Milford, and take the highway.
Or go through Georgefeild into Shubenacadie... Once it's safe to travel.
Either way, at least an hour added to the commute.
