I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
@mcmulhar I’ll back whoever is in charge of lfc that will never change. It I can’t see things changing while he’s in charge. A revamp going into the summer is essential, it lacks energy and is so disjointed atm
@AnfieldRd96 Should of gone after the psv game. While we’re in and around the top 4/5 and still in fa cup and champions league think he could see the season out. Needs a change asap
Very strange and almost attention seeking behaviour from certain Newcastle based journos around this Isak saga and now tonight’s game. Never known such a simple move for a top player being portrayed with such toxicity and blame on buying club. We made a bid for a player that wants to leave his present club. Offer was refused. We said we won’t bid again until they have either a) found replacements b) set a price . Meanwhile the behaviour of Isak is not been our problem. That’s a Newcastle and Isak issue. We have been very respectful and stayed out of all the agendas and narratives. Tonight’s game is what matters right now , set to be an explosive encounter that didn’t really need all the unnecessary headlines of “war” etc . But I get it I guess , they trying to build a rivalry that simply isn’t there . Great game in store tonight , can’t wait 🔥

🎶 "Ohh, he wears the number 20
He will take us to victory
And when he’s running down the left wing,
he’ll cut inside and score for LFC
He’s a lad from Portugal.
Better than Figo
@AdamCatterall If a team gets completely outclassed you don’t nick a win. Rode our luck and a worldie from Allison. You don’t take your chances in football this what happens
