@SchindlerNA Schindler is providing terrible service. Our elevator has been out 3 times in the last 6 months. The current outage has been 2 days and still not working with no word when service will be fixed. We only have 1 elevator in our multistory residence.
@VerizonSupport I have Verizon Fios for internet and TV. The Router came set with a logon name and password. I have changed the logon name. Even though I changed the name, I see a network name the same as the router came with bit with a "-LoT". should I use that for TV?
@FedEx Service is terrible, took me over 45 minutes to talk to someone and then told me that they could not help me to hold or reroute the shipment, must call sender. Sender said all they can do it send email to @FedEx
@NotionHQ I have account and use it on 2 PCs and an Android phone. I am looking at a page on my Android phone and the same page on 1 of my PCs and the pages are different. Thr page is a to do list and different items are checked. Both devices show my login email address.
@NotionHQ I can't access the trash on my Android phone but I can on my Win 11 PC. I get a message on phone :No Access to this page, You can access this page if someone approves your request"
The account is a free account and strangly I was able to access the trash earlier roday.
@Hyundai Your Bluelink team is clueless and the only thing they know how to do is to create a ticket. They have NEVER contacted me with a solution to any ticket I had them create
@Hyundai my 2024 Sonata limited map update failed and have no maps on screen. Bluelink ticket filed but they are useless. How do I get this fixed, dealer says he can't. Car is only 2 weeks old and have significant issue.
@Hyundai Spoke with Bluelink several times on ticket with no information from them and no info on status of ticket. After more than a week, they contacted me with a "solution". The solution is not for a 2024 Sonata Limited and failed. Totally inept, new definition of customer service
@PFChangHomeMenu The dinner menu is lying to its customers. The calorie count shown assumes that every itme on the menu is being shared with another person. The calorie count is actually twice what is shown VERY DECEPTIVE
@Hyundai I even wrote bluelink and asked for a copy of the ticket to make sure they even wrote down the correct problem, bluelink only sent me an emailsaying they got my email but never sent me a copy of my ticket
@Hyundai The only thing Bluelink says is that I have a ticket. The people I have spoken to just put a note in the ticket, even the supervisor said he can't do anything. My car is 2 weeks old and I have no navigation ability for over a week. Is this the way Hyundai does customer service
@PFChangHomeMenu menu is misleading and is essentially lying to customers. The calorie count for your dinner menu assumes that each meal is being shared but the menu does not say that. When I order kung pao chicken, menu says 570 calories but really it is 570 calories per person
@PFChangs menu misleading and is essentially lying to customers. The calorie count for your dinner menu assumes that each meal is being shared but the menu does not say that. So when I order kung pao chicken, think menu says 570 calories but really it is 570 calories per person
