@MissWdwrd PPA should be 10% of your timetable and be clearly identified within the school timetable. It is usually a whole number of lessons - where this is not possible, it should never be allocated in less than 30 minutes slots

@helenrey Totally agree. I think the word was used a lot during the pandemic - often incorrectly bleeding into common use from correct scientific reporting. I love your succinct definition - "the rate of it depends on it". I'm stealing that
@MrBufton @MR_Tech4Ed It's a discretionary payment made by your employer outside the constraints of the TLR structure. Basically they are able to throw a bit of money your way without the hassle of a whole school pay restructure. You should be getting it now unless specifically stated otherwise
