@UKLabour Free food?
Volunteer workforce?
Or is the money coming from school funds
Maybe money coming from already stressed taxpayers
But it ain't FREE is it?
@Ed_Miliband We all know this is exacerbated by the UK government refusing to allow drilling for oil and gas, forcing us to pay extortionate prices to import energy that we are sitting on.
Everytime you tell us the price will drop, we know it will rise due to your failed policies.
@EastMidRailway Who has proof read the timetable panel at Sileby (towards Leicester). The top right set of times is showing trains times in the wrong direction and isn't even showing the correct times for them ππ
@NickFerrariLBC@LBC Morning Nick,
Please remind me of the reason the NEC gave for stopping Burnham fighting the last election
Wasnt it due to the cost of re-staging the mayor's election
So, now, they have forced an MP to resign - so the local taxpayer can fund a by-election AND a mayor's election
@SeanFahertydpc@NickFerrariLBC@LBC Brexit ISN'T a total failure. The lack of outstanding success is due to the politicians sabotaging it.
Even so, an independent Britain already had a GDP better then the EU.
@NickFerrariLBC@LBC Morning Nick,
I'm in Leicester, not Manchester, but if the Labour party told me that I must use my vote to put OUR elected mayor back into Parliament I would definitely vote for the party most likely to prevent that gerrymandering .
AND I'd vote against them for the next mayor.
@NickFerrariLBC@LBC Morning, Nick,
Isn't it taking the p--- out of the King if he has to announce the programme of a Government who cannot even decide who is the party leader let alone decide what is best for the country. Once they choose a new leader then they will want a different set of policies
@seandunderdale@AndrewNoble16 Excellent.
If I have tea then the teabag goes in the teapot and I pour the tea into the cup from there.
Mine is black with no sugar.
(and once, I was so tired, I dozily forgot the tea bag, so I was just drinking hot water ππ)
@NickFerrariLBC@LBC Morning, Nick,
If you have not done anything wrong then you don't worry about what the investigation will find.
I'm guessing that Starmer must of shared a slice of Mandelson's birthday cake and that is what is worrying him in case "Borisgate" comes back to bite him :) :)
@EastMidRailway Leicester to St Pancras is around Β£50 today
Nuneaton to Euston is around Β£35 today.
Similar savings are usually possible using Newark or Grantham to Kings X rather than Nottingham to St Pancras and by using Burton to Euston rather than Derby to St Pancras.
@EastMidRailway Now you are aware of this I hope you will not be cramming sardines (oops passengers) into overcrowded carriages as you will be prepared and not sell more tickets than available seats.
(that's my April fools post as you obviously WILL use a sardine packer at all your stations).
@NickFerrariLBC@LBC Morning Nick,
Essential bills going up.
At last someone who is telling the truth and not reading from Keir & Rachel's manifesto crib sheet.
@seandunderdale Definitely a drop. But no more milk if I topped up the cup with more tea.
I cannot stand tea to get to milky.
I tend to drink tea black with no sugar.
I got put off milk when my infant school tried to force it on me during the morning break as that third of a pint tasted foul.
@micheal_lawson@EastMidRailway They rehearsed this yesterday evening by cancelling the 18:05 from St Pancras and then halved the number of carriages on the 18:32 so everyone could get used to being sardines.
@EastMidRailway Do you advise me that you will hold the, stopping, service in Loughborough (as it has a long wait in Leicester before returning)
Or do you advise waiting the best part of an hour in Leicester to catch the next one and claim a full delay repay refund for an hour late in Sileby?
@EastMidRailway We were due Leicester with a 7 minute window to catch the local service to Sileby. We will now miss this connection.
There is an 11 minute window to catch the opposite local service from Loughborough to Sileby. We will also miss this due to the lateness of the Sheffield train.
