So @WBDsports @UCI_cycling has lost me as a fan. In pursuit of some mythical gold dust vertically adjacent audience that doesn't exist, they have lost another loyal viewer who just wanted to watch France/Italy/Spain roll by, with a bit of action every now and then. 4/4

I love Cycling. I love watching it on TV as well. I love the internationalism, the traditions, the history and the memories. Moreover I love the scenery going past and the way the action is mixed in with the environment. #eurosport @WBDsports 1/4

I'm disappointed to hear the news about the #tdf UK tv deal. Eurosport and ITV diversity of coverage on those long July days is truly a gift. But losing ITVs style of taking the sport as just one component of the TdF means losing the richness that makes the TDF great.

@TravelodgeUK if your hotels run out of booked rooms. It's unacceptable to take more than 30 minutes to find an alternative room. That's the situation at London City at the moment.

@TravelodgeUK Thanks to the team here they went and cleaned the room at 2.15 in the morning - and did it properly. So almost 3 hours after I went to my first @TravelodgeUK I'm finally in a room. Some miles away from when I started.
