@McDonaldsUK is the Grinch promotion a scam? The socks aren't free since the meal costs more and loads of people aren't receiving the socks, including me right now.
Anyone else think Amazon's pricing has become very misleading? The ppc ads say one price, but the site says another. Even the site search gives one price and then you find it's a prime only price.
@elonmusk It's impossible to make an informed voting decision when the truth is drowned out with lies that are impossible to correct due to sheer volume and reach. Freedom of speech and speaking truth are not the same thing.
Airport parking charges are ridiculous but this headline is misleading. They weren't charged for overstaying or stopping at the red light, they were charged for picking someone up in a restricted area. They did this, there is no argument against it. https://t.co/FXB5ZXUcEq
Twitter is a bit of a cesspool now, but Musk claims it's doing well. Suing people for choosing not to pay to use your product doesn't sound like it is doing well. I guess the move away from advertiser money isn't going so great
The whole losing the whip threat needs to be abolished. MPs are supposed to represent their constituents to parliament, not their party line. Let them vote as individuals and convince them with logic to vote how you want.
@BurnsideNotTosh Bottle caps are attached because generations of people couldn't be bothered to dispose of them properly. Speed limiters are being introduced because generations of people continually break the law putting other people's lives at risk. Blame lack of responsibility
They should remove team radios completely unless for safety reasons. Let racers race on their own and see how that changes things. https://t.co/ndYeTClONQ
@JoeyMannarinoUS That is a bizarre argument to make. A serial killer might not have done anything to you personally, doesn't mean you want them walking free. What has he done to you personally to make you like him?
@SCFCLuke1 There have been multiple riots in different parts of Leeds over the last 14 years. The things they have in common are poverty, deprivation and poor education.
@JamesMelville What crops are growing there? How many crops are affected? Is it actually productive land because the person only says it could be used, not that it is used? Can the land be used alongside the solar panels as it is in other areas? Is this simply a nimby issue?
