Sadly my massage therapy service is suspended to mimimise face to face (or face to back/legs!) contact during #CoronavirusPandemic. I can still offer advice over the phone but treatments are off until the restrictions ease.

There is a lot of fake news going around about the risks of ibuprofen (aka Nurofen etc) and coronavirus. Here is the best attempt at the truth - which boils down to "best to avoid but if you're already advised to take it for other reasons then consult your doctor".
