Because after multiple complaints all the tenants are still facing the harassment of basic requirements and have to complain and fight on a daily basis for something as simple as water supply. So @mybmc@MumbaiPolice how can you help us to stop such harassment ?
@mybmc@MumbaiPolice if a landlord keeps intentionally interrupting water supply or doesn't perform duties as a landlord to get things fixed related to water pumps and waster supply to the building....how or what can be done?
I obviously did not get a call back so I called customer care again and I got to know, there was never an issue raised by the customer care representative I spoke to two days back and apparently the surperviors/managers are always busy
@AJIOLife one of the WORST customer care services I've come across. Due to a glitch on the app I'm not being able to return a product bive ordered. Been contacting customer care since a week and a half now and they are of NO HELP
On 3-4 different occasions I've been asked to share images of the product along with the bill and shipment details and it's either replied with a call back email within 48hrs or an email that asks for the images again.
Two days back I called them again, and asked to speak to a manager who apparently was busy, so the customer care representative claimed to raise an issue so I get a call back from the manager.
