Did I miss the news that enforcement of these passes is being done by a private company? How much of the fee I’m paying to be in Kananaskis is going to profit margins for this enforcement agency?

@drdagly 1) workout at a gym instead of home - better motivation. 2) have your gear packed and ready to go - easier to make it happen.
3) start with body weight exercises
4) hire a coach to teach you proper technique.
5) enjoy the fountain of youth!
