@HelenBatchelo15 Yeah this is terrible and we’ve been fobbed off for 24 hours no even though told yesterday it would be resolved today, don’t think we’ll go back to Legoland after this experience
@HelenBatchelo15@LEGOLANDWindsor Yeah very frustrating that their was no communication of IT issue and it expires in October so not sure if we can go another weekend. Should be a simple fix for someone to sort out!!
@LEGOLANDWindsor looking for some help. Going round in circles with really poor customer service trying to book brick or treat return ticket for tomorrow. Legoland IT issue preventing booking and exhausted all customer service avenues! Any help to escalate the problem?
