It’s less than 3 months since life saving/changing surgery & today I ref’d my first @Official_LSRFUR game of the season thanks to amazing support from my wonderful family, friends, rugby community and @WayneBarnesRef

Great to see our referee secretary Sir @NeilWharton76 back on the pitch refereeing our u16’s match today after a period out of the game . He has inspired many to take up the whistle at our club @LondonWelshRFC

It’s been the toughest 4 months of my life but thanks to life saving treatment @KingstonHospNHS I was today able to see my amazing daughter run the @OxfordHalf raising well over £5k for @bowelcanceruk - thanks to all that contributed
