@virginmedia It is still ongoing. A new SIM card should be dispatched today, & they have requested a backdated report but it’s not hopeful that can be done. Which will completely mess up the insurance claim for the stolen phone. Virgins error could be a costly 1 for her.

@virginmedia She reported her phone stolen on Saturday. Rang today to ask for proof of blacklisting for an insurance claim - you’ve blocked her new SIM card that you sent and are unable to provide original proof of blacklisting as you’ve overwritten it.
