@HolidayExtras No. I waited an hour on your ‘live’ chat. Started off number 1 in the queue with a wait time of 2 minutes then ended up 11th with a waiting time of 14 minutes! How does that work. I got sorted despite everything. I will NEVER use holiday extras again.
Do NOT book car parking at @liverpoolairport with @HolidayExtras as it’s almost impossible to cancel. Even though we booked meet & greet we are still expected to pay £6 entry & £6 on exit to the car park. This is a disgrace. Whoever I contact blames the other company!
@AmazonHelp I’ve received an email saying I’ve had too many refunds. EVERY SINGLE ONE has been delivered to the garden or completely wrong address (with photo evidence) and twice the driver opened my front door yet this is somehow MY fault??
@AmazonHelp All the details are in my tweet! Maybe the reason Amazon customer service is so bad is that EVERY TIME there’s a different agent involved. There’s no continuity.
@AmazonHelp Let’s sort it here in the open. Why am I being accused of lying when YOUR DRIVERS send photo evidence of the parcels in the garden or at the wrong address. They REFUSE to read the delivery instructions on YOUR app!
I’ve told @SkyHelpTeam to stop calling multiple times to trying to sell me upgrades. I’m very close to cancelling it altogether. AND the sky puck is rubbish. Loses WiFi connection at least twice a week. And no it’s not my router as everything else is still on.
@AmazonHelp Asking customers to sign into their account via a link is wrong. You should know this. It’s unacceptable, unprofessional and extremely dangerous.
Has anyone else had @AmazonUK drivers just opening your front door to leave the parcel in your house? Before you even have chance to get there to answer it? In what universe is that acceptable?
They already have. Twice. It happened 2 days on the trot. I’ve spent approximately 2 hours on the phone with them and they literally could not care any less!
@AmazonHelp You won’t change anything. I’ve tried and your customer service are not bothered. Disgraceful behaviour. If it happens again I’m detaining him till the police arrive.
@SharkHomeUK I’ve sorted it myself. Only took 3 days and EIGHT people. The level of incompetence was breathtaking. The products may be good but the customer service is appalling! Goodbye 👋

Ordered a vac on line. Wrong item sent (facial treatment machine)
After speaking with SIX different people the parcel has still not been collected as promised and I have not been refunded. The customer service is 100% worse than Amazon and believe me that’s bad!!
Been told for a couple of weeks that my @dpd_uk parcels are late due to technical issues at the depot. Turns out the drivers are on strike. Just had a parcel delivered by a FedEx driver working an extra shift for DPD. Use a different courier if you want a parcel delivered.
