@Merlin_HR You really must do better with providing water refills again. You’ve taken them out of each theme park, attractions & told staff they can’t refill bottles in your cafes. We don’t all want 2 pay for extra plastic bottles 2 be not recycled. Do your bit Merlin #noplastic

@JustEatUK Ordered food, told it was delivered. No option to call restaurant, so asked for a refund. Explain how I can send you money instantly but have to wait 7 days to get it back for a service you haven’t provided?? I accept mistakes happen, but poor service to rectify. Awful
