@ScotRail I was on a train tonight that had to terminate at hillington west because of a vehicle crash…at no point after this were we offered any form of alternative transport to get to central, I got a taxi in the end….I’d like a refund from @ScotRail for this…

@ScotRail I just have and no refund at all because I don’t have a receipt for the taxi we had to get, apparently one of our tickets was scanned on our inward journey and on our outward journey so any refund is nul and void: thanks @ScotRail
