@BMNRTracker@BMNRTracker Your share count is too low. In the proxy statement for the AGM, there were already 425,841,924 shares as of the record date 8 Dec 2025. Happy to discuss more over DM
MicroStrategy ($MSTR) will be significantly slowing BTC purchases. Restricted by newly announced ATM stock sale limits below 2.5 mNAV and preferred offerings already past BTC rating targets, $MSTR's inability to acquire more #BTC could trigger the death spiral.
Repeal failed - MicroStrategy ($MSTR) faces a ~$2.7B CAMT liability on unrealized #Bitcoin gains. The One Big Beautiful Bill (H.R.1), passed 7/3/25, omits CAMT repeal, impacting MSTR’s $63B BTC holdings. How will @Strategy navigate this? Silence is fraudulent!
@JoshMandell6@metaplanet The warrants effectively price 3 day ATM MTPLF call options at 1 yen per share. Way cheaper than they are worth! I can't see this being accretive for current shareholders.
@SatoshiFlipper Token is not the same as product. Tokenomics is much worse for $DYDX. Revenues do not accrue to it and meanwhile continuous sell pressure.
@SBF_FTX@HsakaTrades Can't see positions, can't tell if orders went through, getting told I'm in a restricted jurisdiction when I'm not, GUI unusable with refresh loop, getting auto-logged out - all during CPI.
@godcomplex96@godcomplex96 nice thread! Just want to confirm by delta, do you mean the difference between buy volume and sell volume? Any intuitive explanation why a large delta at extremes is bad?
