イラストで「１カゲの境界線の彩度が明るくなるやつ」あるじゃん？
一緒にお仕事してる藝大卒のにーちゃんに説明してもらって

・光が当たりすぎると明度が上がって彩度も落ちる
・光が弱くなると明度が落ちて彩度も落ちる
→物体の固有色を識別するのにちょうどいい光量が影の切り替わりの所になる

みたいな説明を聞いて（なるほどな～）と思った。
（うろ覚えなのでディティール違うかも）
このグラデーションはちゃんとしたシュミレーションじゃなくて疑似的な表現だけど。

genuinely my best advice is for everyone to stop copy pasting pinterest outfits and instead start working within the silhouette or style of the outfits you find and base them around your characters own style, personality and story
