22 February 1888 | A Jewish woman, Edita Falkenauová, was born in Berlin. She lived in Prague.
On 30 January 1942 she was imprisoned in the Theresienstadt ghetto and on 18 May 1944 she was deported to #Auschwitz. She was murdered in a gas chamber.
22 February 1935 | A Dutch Jewish girl, Cili Been, was born in Rotterdam.
She was deported to #Auschwitz in August 1942 and murdered in the gas chamber.
22 February 1927 | A Czech Jewish girl, Inge Fischerová, was born in Prague.
She was deported to #Auschwitz from the #Theresienstadt ghetto on 6 September 1943. She did not survive.
21 February 1869 | A Dutch Jewish woman, Alida Elisabeth Polak, was born in Leeuwarden.
In October 1942 she was deported to #Auschwitz and murdered in a gas chamber.
21 February 1901 | A Czech Jewish woman, Zdenka Kopecká, was born in Prague.

19 February 1901| A Czech Jew, Pavel Bloch, was born.
He was deported to #Auschwitz from the #Theresienstadt ghetto on 28 September 1944. He did not survive.
Police arrested protesters wearing body armor, they had smoke grenades on them and miscellaneous fireworks in their bags. Additional smoke grenades and fireworks were located and seized in a vehicle on Wellington.
