@GucciFeline Why would they be taking the money when they probably didn't even start the project. Taking money for future project is a huge liability. And money should only be taken when there is confidence in being able to deliver.

Also have a deadlines when commisioning.

@GucciFeline Definitely charge back. Also 2 years is crazy. If it's a full time job there really isn't any reason making a head should take more then 2 weeks, plus how ever long ordering/shiping so they can get the meterials.
