@BristolAirport wondering when I will have a response to my email. Sent last week in hope to resolve our claim regarding the situation at silver zone on Sun 26/05 people missed flights and holidays ruined due not being able to cope with the 100s waiting for nonexistent buses.

@BristolAirport 15 days & no response. Still no answers to my questions or help, regarding 26/05. Reading the feeds the situation is getting worse & more people are missing flights as silver zone can not handle any disruptions or increased capacity. Still washing your hands of it.

@coo15257_cook @BristolAirport Many thanks, we missed our flight and the knock on effect our holiday due to the shambles at silver zone that morning. Lack of buses and organisation and the airport have wiped their hands of it.
