@Mrfizzy_10 @GloWorld Same thing they did to me. Called and they said to go 'relink' my NIN. I tweeted at them and they ignored me. As it is, they want me to carry my 1 month old baby to their office which is far from me. It's crazy!! They don't care what business or urgent call you miss

@GloWorld kindly let me know how else this can be resolved. A lot has been put on hold by this forceful disconnection without notice. Noone has been able to call that number for 2 days now. I can't use my data. I can't call people either. A VERY BAD PLACE TO BE AND BAD TIMING

It's even worse that they waited for me to call two days later for them to 'run checks on my line' and the result was that I need to 'relink' my NIN. Hanty said I have to go to a Gloworld office with my NIN slip to do so.

Pls what happened to my initial NIN linking? Cos as it is, I have a 1month old baby to nurse and I don't think visiting your office should be the only option.
If it was, a message should have been sent to that line requesting the visit and not just yanking me off.

So Globacom chose to disconnect my line 2days to hubby's birthday and my church anniversary.
No notice!! Nothing!! Or they don't think the phone line is of any importance
