Upon confronting them, they start their blame games & just push you around from 1 department to another & you reach nowhere!
You’re not even explain why you were charged twice

They charge you 2 fees for their own mess up! They goof up in your Auto debits and they charge you bounce fees for the same 2 different times!

I would like to Highlight another cheat in the Banking Sector @KotakBankLtd
They offer you new Credit Cards with Upgraded limits to exploit your financial conditions and give you a card that shares the limit of your old card!
What Logic is that?
How does @RBI approve such banks?
