I understand classes need space, but forcing paying members to move mid-workout with little warning is unacceptable and unprofessional. If this is the way the gym operates now. @TheGymGroup #Plaistow

On multiple occasions, I’ve been asked to leave a space I was using well within my membership rights—simply because they were about to run a class. There’s no courtesy, no advance notice, and no attempt to accommodate members who aren’t in the class. @TheGymGroup #Plaistow

I’ve been a member of The Gym Group for a while, but lately the experience has really gone downhill. The staff are consistently inattentive and seem more focused on clearing members out of certain areas than actually supporting them. @TheGymGroup #Plaistow
