@SCrarbil@komal_114@7Negative_Creep I can see where you’re coming from, but I think sometimes a character is meant to be relatable specifically to trans people. I’d recommend watching I Saw the TV Glow, it’s very good and the whole thing is a trans allegory.
@SCrarbil@komal_114@7Negative_Creep Idk, I really liked and related to I Saw the TV Glow and that’s pretty explicitly using a trans character as the plot. Character studies are good.
@Tompeeeeeixo Hell yeah. It’s good to still have you here. I have to agree on the sexualization thing. The source material was inherently satirical of that sort of content, so I generally don’t like it. I really like that you lean more into the horror aspects.
@farjayoun Last I checked oral sex isn’t banned anymore (or at least it isn’t really taught, they got a LOT of complaints). The problem is that they would be wearing garments, not panties. It wouldn’t be very fun, and most would probably take issue with involving a religious garment in sex.
So my mom is apparently a yumeshipper with Captain Kirk and she got VERY mad when I told her Kirk/Spock was the birth of slash fiction. She isn’t even homophobic she’s just distraught that her OTP is rejected by the original fandom.
“That is NOT my Kirk!”
Yuri- Yuri shows up on the screen to Dan's comment again of "best girl." Yuri started as the intellectual member of the group, but also someone who loves to talk about her special interests but worries that she lets herself get out of control. Yuri is the club member that feels the most comfortable being herself. Unlike Natsuki she doesn't worry about others challenging her. She does however admire Natsuki because she is strong in standing up for her beliefs and identity, while Natsuki admires Yuri for being so self confident. Dan commented that they are incredibly complementary characters, and quipped "they should just kiss already."
