I am taking legal action against the Green Party.
The GPEW is unwilling to see the damage done through punishment for wrong think, and we must challenge this bullying of members for telling the truth.

Mia Hughes, director of Genspect Canada, on the baffling conclusion of the UK’s Cass Report calling for a puberty blocker clinical trial:
“You spent four years examining this scandal, and your conclusion is we need to put more kids on this treatment to decide whether it's good or bad.
That's mad to me.
The outcome should be: my goodness, it was a mistake from Patient Zero, and it's still a mistake now. We never should have done it.
Let's get rid of the entire treatment protocol and actually help these kids.”
Good morning, Sian here. I'm tired. As a survivor of prostitution, I'm tired of being told I should've found the experience empowering. I'm tired of being told consent can be bought with a £10 note, and that men can do what they like to me if they bribe me with cash.
@stellacreasy@EHRC Using an Early Day Motion to pave the way for a far-reaching substantive change is not a transparent way of going about things.
Women and LGB people deserve an upfront account of how their MPs plan to dismantle their rights.
I asked in the HoL today… if a female rugby team comes up against a team they suspect are fielding a male why isn’t it ok to ask? It can be done politely. A males feelings I’m afraid come way behind a women’s serious risk to a broken neck! The same with a mother dressing her 8yr old little girl in an open womens changing She should have every right to ask a male to leave.
The general public do not want males in their little girls changing rooms or sports. It’s barbaric incarcerating a male sex offender in a woman’s prison. It is not beyond any business to find a third space. Or sports to find fair room for all.

“How are they supposed to stop themselves being in serious danger if they’re not allowed to ask?”
Thank you @sharrond62 for your question in @UKHouseofLords on the importance of being able to challenge male players in women’s sport.

🚨DR UK's Statement on the EHRC's New Code of Practice
"We are appalled at implications that an adequate workaround is trans people using Disabled toilets instead. We will not be used as a loophole in the wider erosion of trans rights."

First, the good. @mimsdavies was on blistering form as she slated the Government for sitting on the draft since last September, claiming they were “reluctant to face their own Back Benchers and protect vulnerable women and girls.” She also mocked “peak Lib Lib Dem-ery, with the party leader claiming to accept the Supreme Court’s judgment while opposing the guidance that flows from it.” Both these comments were to prove prescient.
As “Pride Month” gets underway - a reminder that trans identified people had absolutely nothing to do with securing the rights of homosexual men and lesbians.
Nothing. Nada. None. Zero. Zilch.
You are asking the people who lost on the EHRC guidance? Really?
"Gender neutral" is lawful, but it would have to be a single use lockable room. A mixed sex communal changing room would give rise to discrimination claims on the basis of sex and religion (eg Muslim or Orthodox Jewish men & women cannot be in mixed sex changing).
ITV are hiding replies. It’s only a matter of time before they turn them off completely.
The issue of ‘hardly any complaints’ is because women are ostracised, punished or dragged through tribunals Sandie Peggie style if they DO complain. But no mention of that.
