I want that boring Muslim life. Isha then sleep. Fajr before the world wakes up. Qur’an in the quiet. Gym. Halal food. Dhikr walks. Sunnahs. A small circle that actually reminds you of Allah. Less posting. Less explaining. Less being available to everybody. More solitude. More prayer. More peace. And if somebody thinks your life looks boring? Fine. You’re not building your life for their entertainment. Sometimes the most beautiful thing is simply being close to Allah and hard to disturb.
Did you know? There is a dhikr so huge that the angels don’t know how to record its reward?
“Rabbana laka-l-hamdu hamdan kathīran ṭayyiban mubārakan fīh.”
رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ
The Prophet ﷺ heard a man say it in prayer, and later said:
“I saw over thirty angels rushing to see which of them would write it first.” Bukhari
Ya Allah, I want wealth.
Not for pride. Not for show.
But to give without hesitation.
To help without being asked.
To host with an open hand.
And to protect everyone I love.
That’s the only rich I want to be.
DON’T JOKE WITH THIS DU’A:
Ya Allah, after you give me for what I prayed for, please discipline and protect me to keep it and give me wisdom to multiply it.
I’m in love with this quote
“Do not carry the worries of this life because this is for Allah. And do not carry the worries of sustenance because it is from Allah. And do not carry the anxiety for the future because it is in the Hands of Allah”
-Ibn al-Qayyīm رحمه الله
Ya Allah, break the habits that are breaking me. Put barakah in my time. Discipline in my mornings. Khushu in my salah. Replace distraction with dhikr, delay with action, fear with tawakkul. Let this Ramadan rebuild me into someone You’re pleased with. Ameen.
The prophet ﷺ said, there's a name of Allah that if used, no dua will be rejected.
“Allahumma inni asaluka bi ani ash'hadu anaka anta allah, la illah illa anta, al-ahad as-samad alladhi lam yalid wa lam yulad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad.”
TAHAJJUD is no joke. Wallahi it’s a miracle. Asked Allah for something that felt impossible three nights ago… and He made it happen. Ya Allah your mercy leaves me speechless 😭😭😭😭😭
Ramadan was not created for iftar parties, socializing, eating. Ramadan is my ultimate time for the Qur’an. This does not mean that I will not have other obligations, but my focus and my ultimate goal in the upcoming Ramadan should be to improve my connection with the Qur’an.
