I have a simple idea for our lawmakers:
We need to urgently have a law that makes it a crime to operate a boat/ship whether for private or commercial purposes without life jackets, without life guards and without emergency medical equipment on board.

At the National Assembly;
And at all state assemblies;
A law should be made that will heavily fine any offender or violator of the law and especially in cases where loss of life results, there should be jail in addition to fines.

There should be very serious safety requirements before handing boat licenses to anyone for private or commercial purposes,
There should be very stringent routine regulatory measures in place and checks carried out to ensure compliance is adhered to.

Again, any boat operator who fails to have life jackets, life guards or emergency medical equipment on board should be heavily fined; and in cases where such negligence has led to loss of life, they should be jailed.

So a friend's car tyre got bursted by the bridge railings along carter Bridge , 2 young guys came a to assist my friend. After like an hr 30 mins and another set of guys are actually agberos came and were demanding money. Money for what exactly?? One even said 20k..I was so mad ehhh. They are yet to be done changing tyres cos it was actually difficult to change. The peopl who came to harass us for money are still here.

So my question is to the gov...have the state govt given licence to agberos to harass owners of broken down cars???

Now ...my friend negotiated to 15k cos they were trying to make issues.
