I just won this small online tournament going 4-0. I beat Festival Lead and 3 Pult, which is respectable & a reflection of this deck’s matchup vs the BDIF.

I removed 30th Greninja to play a 2nd Froslass, which I’ve missed. I also brought back Wally for this version.

Continued notes:

-In addition to +1 Froslass/Starmie, I also wanted Wally vs Dhelmise.

-Not having 2nd Starmie also hurt me vs Slowking, which is what I lead with. We’re generally fine without Shaymin, but it’s a consideration.

-Unsure about Tower. I prefer Mountain or Beach.

I made Phase 2 with a 6-2 record, then finished 7-4 for top 24.

A highlight was handing Crustle in top cut its 1st loss lol

Some takeaways:

-Latias was clutch, esp. to preserve energy.
-I only used Greninja 30 1x.
-I missed 2nd Froslass/Starmie several times, esp. vs Dhelmise.
