Ingredients -
Whole wheat bread
Pizza & pasta sauce
Diced mozzarella & cheddar
Olives
Red jalapeno @neofoodsindia
Oregano and chilli flakes

add crumbled paneer, now add all spices and cook this for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame.
Now take a bread piece spread pizza sauce on it , spread the paneer bhurji, put small cut pieces of jalapeños (@neofoodsindia ) spread cheese over it, sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
pizza sauce, bread slices, oregano, chilli flakes, jalapeños, salt as per taste.
Recipe :
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, now add green chillies and ginger garlic paste sauté it. Add chopped onion, when it turns light brown, add chopped tomatoes cook it for 5 minutes
- Sprinkled some salt, black pepper.
- Used vinaigrette ,peri peri for the dressing.
- Drizzled a bit of extra hot piri piri.
- And got that pickled flavours from gherkins by @neofoodsindia.

When you want to eat everything that can be eaten raw in a single batch.
- Added some lettuce, grated green cabbage, horseradish, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and green bell pepper.
dollops of peach scotch bonnet hot sauce (you can sub with any hot sauce) & freshly cracked black pepper and cooked till done.
I then tossed in the al dente pasta and served hot!
It was far from traditional, but so so yummy!

I marinated chicken strips in a spicy chilli stir fry sauce along with its oil.
I lightly steamed french beans and set aside.
I cooked large fusilli till al dente
I cooked homemade preserved garlic (you can use fresh) in a little olive oil & added in the half steamed french beans, marinated chicken strips, chicken stock glaze (you can substitute with a soup cube),@neofoodsindia hot & sweet relish, sundried tomato pesto,
Pickled red paprikas by @neofoodsindia charred pineapple, pickled red onions, in-house cherry tomatoes and garnished with fresh baby cilantro. So simple to make and looks pretty gourmet don't you think? Surprisingly, it all came together in barely 10-15 minutes!

In a hot pan, add butter, after it melts, add Paprika & Olives sauté once. On a medium flame, add the #PastaSauce paste stir gently, close the lid till the butter & sauce starts separating. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, take 5 tbsp of #FreshCream and whisk it well.
