Perfect sunny day for lounging around with Neo Geo Pocket. Do you have a Neo Geo Pocket Collection? There doesn't seem to be that many of us Neo Geo Pocket collectors.☹️ #NeoGeo#Retrogaming
The longest supported console in gaming history "died fast" apparently. There we are - learn something new every day... :P
I can't believe they charged me £4 for an ice cream today, was going to complain😡 but then I remembered that "Neo Geo games were $200 in 1990"...😄
Character names hadn't even been decided when Crystal Legacy on Neo Geo was first revealed back in 1994. Was reworked and released as 'Breakers' two years later.
Fatal Fury 3 alt artwork was used on the laserdisc and arrange soundtrack(and other things - 280 characters😅). Do you prefer that this artwork was chosen for the game?

@kumimono Yes, real consoles and carts. A whole load of leftover loose consoles and carts were bought and repackaged owing to the SNK/Aruze affair.
Basically, the GBA was out by now and nobody wanted NGPC.
Open up an instant world of fun and excitement with the POCKET COLOR ARCADE!
They couldn't have 'Neo Geo' anywhere on the packaging for legal reasons.
Most commonly found in bargain bins between 2003 - 2005. Around £/$/€40.
Did you grab one?!🤔

@Manuela____x___@retrogaminggeek The console itself is solidly built.
If it's the actual packaging you're referring to, it's comparable to other blisters - the trick is to store the blister in a safe place so nobody else thinks it's random rubbish and throws it in the bin...
It's nice to have a mega Neo Geo AES collection, isn't it?!😎
I love all the artwork as well.
I'll be adding a few more to the collection soon...
Do you have an all time favourite #NeoGeo game?! #Retrogaming
I've seen a few Saturn and PSP games in charity shops and car boot sales - in fact, games for nearly every format ever released in this country.
But I've never seen ANYTHING for Neo Geo.
Anyone ever pick up a Neo Geo bargain from anywhere, ever?!

Any fans of early SNK? There was a PSP compilation that was only released in Japan and South Korea - it featured 20 top SNK hits! I'm going with Street Smart, Prisoners of War and Prehistoric Isle. #Retrogaming
