6 ÷ [2 × 3], because of the way it’s written, as if the 2(3) is grouped together.

BUT, according to standard math notation (PEMDAS left to right for multiplication/division):

6 ÷ 2 × 3 = 3 × 3 = 9

Done. Move on.
