This is the earliest known dated Arabic papyrus with the full basmala. It is dated around 641 CE / 20 AH, less than a decade after the Prophet ﷺ.

@_Hehehehe_____ No problem. But yeah most historians ever since 1981 have taken the letter to be Genuine, since the arguments of Skepticism brought by Charles Murray were debunked by Stephen Gero in 1981, of course it's not a consensus. But a more popular opinion nonetheless.
