If you or someone you know has been touched by H.I.E. and are in the UK, we have FREE support available. Everything we do is by families, with families and for families.
We’re all different and the support we might need can be different too. Whether it’s peer support, counselling, equipment funds or face to face meet ups. You can find out more on our website, or please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If you could benefit from a little help on your H.I.E. journey, we’re here for you 🌻

Follow your safer sleep routine, even when you’re on holiday: Sleep your little one on their back on a surface that is clear, firm, flat, and waterproof; air-con can be used as long as it’s not blowing directly on baby; remove layers if baby's chest/back of the neck is hot/clammy

To all dads & partners, we're #InThisWithYou.
Don’t put any of these in your baby’s cot: teddy, cot bumper, toy, bunting, spare blanket, comforter, pod/nest, room thermometer, pillow, baby bottle, etc. The risk of SIDS and accidents increases when non-essential items are in a baby's sleep space. A clear cot is a safer cot.
It would be brilliant to hear from as many neonatal parents as possible… Bliss offer excellent support to make these focus groups a positive and meaningful experience and this will really help us make the case for change 💜
