They cannot reach a live person to figure out why the contract was canceled. So now they have to resubmit - Miss out on the CA rebate they were promised. And are now out 20k for the roof. Please help.

@elonmusk My in-laws are trying to get your solar set up. Tesla just canceled the installation contract AFTER telling them to spend $20k to replace their roof. Which they did. Your support number doesn’t work. The web portal doesn’t work because their contract ‘number’ 1/2

Corrwction* the Contract number no longer exists. My in-laws are in their 80s. They can’t take that financial hit. How does this happen? Why is the customer support so bad? How do we talk to a human?
