#Obesity is associated to cardiac maladaptation during pregnancy. Obese with HDP-AGA have lower SVI and higher SVRI. Cardiac maladaptation in obese could explain the risk of adverse #pregnancy outcome. It is important to normalize hemodynamic parameters to body surface area.
