Zuviel Teig ist immer schlecht, weil es nicht gleichmäßig durch wird. Deswegen aufteilen oder Backblech als Form nehmen

Leg die Form mit Backpapier aus und schütte nur die Hälfte an Teig rein. Dann backen, abkühlen lassen und rausnehmen. Dann nochmal Backpapier rein und nen zweiten Kuchen backen.
Backblech nutzten klappt auch immer gut in so einem Fall.
