I am a huge fan of serialized content, and storytelling.
When it comes to gaming, these are my top three favorite video game series. There are more I like, but these are the one I revisit often, and like in their entirety.

@xMBGx I don't know if that's something to be glad about, because I don't see how that benefits the playerbase. I would rather see Sony commitment to healthier development cycles. Maybe cut back on 50+ hrs long games, every 5+ years. I rather play 10 to 20hrs games every 2 to 3 years.
With so many video game announcements, almost everyone saw something they will be looking forward to.
However, I'm sure there were a few games that we wish we had seen updates on. I have two, that I hope to hear from, later this year:
Star Wars: Jedi 3 and Darksiders 4.
@ValyrianFPS Yes, I picked up on the order it was spelled too. Capcom is having fun with their, very effective, marketing. However, that's why I don't believe in coincidences. They had a reason for that particular change, and knew what the reaction would be. It's better than Revelations 0.😅
@ValyrianFPS Clever Capcom. While everyone is focusing on the letter V, thinking is the number 5, they are pretty much hiding the bigger rebrand...
REVelations.
Rev1 (between 4 and 5)
Rev2 (between 5 and 6)
REV (between 3 and 4)
Coincidence? Perhaps, but still interesting...
@RE_Games, back in 2023, I suggested that the remake of Code: Veronica should be rebranded as Revelations 0. Each Revelation game takes place in between mainline games. Rev1 between 4 and 5, Rev2 between 5 and 6. What takes place between 3 and 4? REV.
Brilliance or coincidence?
@carthusdojo Can we take a moment to appreciate this announcement teaser?
I don't think this is something that needs exhausting lore scrutiny.
Does he have it? A sign of destiny or a divine prank? Who knows?
What I do know, is that this brought a smile to my face, and that's enough for now.
@ValyrianFPS I can't believe I'll have four new Zelda games in my Switch 2 backlog. This Winter is going to be fun...
Definitely replaying Skyward Sword on my Switch to then jump to OoT remake.
Tears of the Kingdom
Age of Imprisonment
Echos of Wisdom
Ocarina of Time (2026)
@_Deez_Games It was a remake, and a pretty good one too. I would have been more than happy with an HD port of it for the Switch 2, as that game design is still outstanding.
However, a full Switch 2 remake? That's a system seller right there. I imagine this will a Switch 2 only game.
@seratinejill I have been very vocal about my disappointment of how the remake was handled. Recently, I've been replaying, every single game, going back to the originals. It isn't a bad as I remembered. The remake fails to live up to the standards of REmake2, but is not a crime against the OG.
@Cobalt_Specter@DeadStarLegacy@Fitotheman@eStarland The developers (Grezzo) were clear that the assets for OoT 3D were done from the ground up. This is what mostly separates a remake from a remaster. Everything was alsob newly animated. That is not something you do by adjusting a slider or upscaling textures.
