@Donaldphejane All customers need to choose a service provider they need to port to and go to request a port out, as we are not going to move customer to any provider.
@Donaldphejane The phone's are only programmed for Neotel Network only as it is a landline not cellphone, so once the services are terminated the device will not work so the provider you will be moving to, will supply their own devices that are programmed under their network.
@Donaldphejane Hi, please note that you can get the airtime at Shoprite stores and it is depleting fast, also be informed that you will need to use up the airtime as all services will be terminated on the 30th of June 2019.
