@BrucePayette My first PS interview question would be: why do scriptblocks as scriptmethods behave differently than scriptblocks on their own or as functions? And you would fail the question. Becuase the answer is always, the implementation is wrong. :)

@dfinke @jsnover Still XSLT is always a great fun challenge. I used to code loads of XSLT for Novell DirXML back in the day. My first larger PowerShell based system was actually a re-implementation of DirXML using PowerShell for transformation of SPML events.
