@ThisDNE It will absolutely require sweat equity. But if I build a position of power/advantage/whatever and I *dont* use it to put my kids on, who is going to use it? Like you said, nepotism fails when the child taking over just ain't got it. And if they don't wanna do it? Cool. Next man.
