FINALLY getting visors shipped out to customers. Lots of time, design, logistics and cost and there's still tons of work to do, but now that the tooling is set up things are starting to run smoothly.
For the collar of the marine kit you'll have to spray adhesive then wrap with felt/fabric and attach your own straps and buckles. There are holes for thread inserts. Recommend. printing in TPU
Alert!!!
Now that we've gotten the initial tooling for our first batch of visors set up we're running a sale!
Use code GEARUPSPARTAN at checkout to get 20% off!
Be sure to read full descriptions on listings and the bottom of the storefront

We're getting our very first test pull of visors done!
Keep in mind this is the TEST run. Now that we've verified the bucks give good pulls they'll need to be polished for best optical clarity.
Denver Fan Expo was cursed by the wrathful ghost of Humpty Dumpty I swear to god. 4 props from our group got dropped and got broke this weekend. Nothing we can't fix with a little steel epoxy though.
FINALLY got my needle rifle done.
WOW this was a monster of a build! From modeling it to printing it to wiring, and bolting it together. Every aspect of this prop is the most COMPLEX I have ever gone in each respective discipline.
Molds for the visors are getting started as we speak. Estimate 2 weeks until plastic is formed and visors can start being shipped out. The other set of visor bucks are on the way and will undergo the same process in the near future. Huge task but this is the home stretch!
I goofed and almost forgot to post pics of me repping the @405th at Phoenix Fan Fusion the other weekend! It was a great time and a wonderful opportunity to connect w/ members of the southwest regiment.
I’m probbably jinxing it but it looks like after tons of print failures I might have our first EVA visor buck prototype done soon. I say prototype because this thing will almost definately take some trial and error to form correctly and reliably.
While helmet orders are being printed we're also tooling up our vacuformed visor bucks. I've just designed mold shells so we can quickly and easily mold and cast duplicates of our bucks for better reliability, speed, and cost of visor production.
